“I've never been much of a saver and I've ALWAYS been a FIERCELY dedicated impulse spender! I recently realized (the hard way) that an iPhone addiction coupled with too much time on the train each day meant I was spending WAY too much on ABSOLUTELY unnecessary iPhone apps! It was time for a change…but I had no clue how to go about effecting that change in my life. The impulse-spending monkey had a SUPER tight grip on my back and I couldn't shake him!
